Gracelands Care Home has 43 residents rooms, decorated to a high standard, many of which are larger than usual. All have en-suite with many having a luxurious personal level access shower.

All rooms have been lovingly created with specialist suppliers to coordinate furniture, furnishings and decoration creating a luxurious homely feel ready for residents to settle into.

Many of our rooms have dual aspect views, some with 3 windows providing fantastic natural light to bedrooms and external views.

Bedrooms are single, but if couples wish to share this can be accommodated by using two rooms; one for a bedroom and one for a personal lounge.
​
Personal possessions and furniture are actively encouraged and welcomed to create a familiar homely feel, which we would be happy to help prepare before arriving; however furniture is provided if preferred. Rooms are prepared with a bed, lockable bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table, dining chair and arm chair.
All rooms have large windows allowing natural light and provide magnificent views depending on orientation, of the Cleveland Hills, our gardens or the views over Guisborough to the Eston Hills and the surrounding area. All rooms have TV points and Wi Fi Internet and personal telephone number available on request.

We actively encourage residents to dine within our spacious dining rooms as part of a social activity. We aim to create a comfortable restaurant experience for residents with a variety of tasty home cooked food. All dietary needs and preferences are catered for.
Several rooms also have an area suitable for dining in their own room to have meals in private if preferred, and all requests are catered for.

Before a resident arrives at the home the bedroom will have been fully decorated and prepared by the housekeeping department and an assessment of the room carried out to ensure the room is suitable for the residents needs.

Recently refurbished en-suites include a walk in shower wet room, with automatic light allowing individual personalised care within a private dignified environment
Our on site maintenance team are happy to help with furniture moving in, installing pictures or other requests.
