Within Gracelands there are two large comfortable dining rooms, one on each residents floor.  

 

Restaurant style dining is offered with delicious daily menu choices.  Menus have a variety of tasty meals, with the food reflecting the fresh ingredients available at the time of year as well as traditional favourites such as Fish & Chips Friday and Roast Sunday Lunch.  Residents are asked each day for their meal choices for the following day. 

 

We also regularly provide special dining for residents such as Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Afternoon Tea or themed dining experience.

Food Hygiene

Gracelands is proud to have always maintained a 5 star Food Hygiene rating, which is reassessed annually. 

Our trained in house cooks provides delicious, freshly cooked hearty meals served at Breakfast, Lunch and Tea with residents enjoyment of meals a priority, in addition to dietary and nutritional needs being monitored.

In addition, tasty snacks, smaller meals,  biscuits and homemade cakes are served throughout the day.

​

We encourage residents to eat within the dining rooms as a social activity, but residents are free to eat meals in their own private rooms if preferred. The kitchen always has a variety of drinks available for residents use or to entertain friends and family  throughout the day.

 

The main kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped to the highest standard with all stainless steel work areas and equipment and is ran by our trained chef who plans a varied and nutritional daily menu.
