Gracelands Care Home would like to take the time to congratulate Lauren Hewitt from our Senior Care department who had the most nominations for the month of August. Lauren received a certificate from Gracelands along with a monetary prize.
Lauren received some lovely comments such as “Lauren has a good attitude towards work, always looking to help others and has a lovely relationship with residents”, “Lauren has recently returned from maternity leave, since Lauren has returned her work attitude is excellent, Lauren is hard working and very dedicated , a pleasure to work with”, “Lauren has a good work attitude, a positive person” and “really positive, happy person. Adapted really well on returning back to work, hard working.”
Employee of the month is going to be announced at the end of every month, the nomination slips can be found at reception next to the signing in book.
